This is a youth-focused, outreach ministry trip, but it would not be possible without our dedicated, fun-loving and well-trained adult leaders.
Jesse Lee ASP-experienced adults: Our returning volunteer adults are the backbone of this wonderful, life-changing event - your dedication, leadership and spirit make it happen. Go bless you!
New Adult volunteers: The fresh perspective and enthusiasm of our new adult volunteers gives us a host of ideas every year. But we do not send you off without equipping you. There is training, orientation, team building, fund-raising and bonding that happens in every activity we sponsor to prepare all participants to act as a team, use their skills and talents and share our love for each other and the Appalachian families we serve on the trip.
Please note that one of these forms need to be notarized.
You can have that done at the bank, or we have a notary on hand at the Rally. Please bring your completed forms to the Rally.
Note that we will also need a copy of your driver's license.
We need to run background checks on all adult volunteers every-other year.
If we do not have a background check on file for you from last year, please fill out that form as well.
