Appalachia Service Project Help Us Celebrate Our 30th Year! Memorial Day: May 27
We are entering a float in Ridgefield's Memorial Day parade and asking any ASP alum to march with us! Then, come back to the church for a cookout!
Check Out the Pictures from ASP 2012
The Appalachia Service Project (ASP) is about making a difference in the lives of low-income families in the mountains of West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina & Tennessee by: - learning new skills to repair homes
(making them warmer, safer and drier)
- accepting "...people right where they are, just the way they are"*
(building relationships and community)
- stepping out of our comfort zone to help others
(changing lives - yours & others while bringing hope and help through home repair) ASP is a national home repair ministry that is sponsored locally by Jesse Lee Memorial United Methodist Church. We encourage youth and adults of all faiths or with no faith affiliation and those from Ridgefield or surrounding towns to participate.
![]() Payments to Jesse Lee ASP are not refundable after April 11 NOTE: If you do not have health insurance, a resonably-priced
policy is available from ASP national for our trip.
